Warm Tips:
- Camera and base station are equipped when leaving the factory. You only need to scan the QR code on the base station to add it.

- Do not install the solar camera too far away from the router. The product needs a good network signal strength to work properly.
- Please charge the solar outdoor camera with the included power adapter for 4-5 hours before using it for the first time.
- Connect the base station and your router with a network cable to get the Internet. 2.4G and 5G WiFi are not supported.

Answer:
1）Local network and router are necessary, please make sure you already have internet as well as router in your home. (Note: local network and router are not included)
2）Please use the product in an environment where there is internet is available.
3) Please use the provided network cable to connect the base station to your router and then plug in the power supply for the base station to work.
4)The base station will turn on automatically. You just need to install the camera and add the base station and camera in the mobile app to finish the installation and start monitoring.
Question: How do I add a base station and camera in the app?
Answer: 1, To add a base station to the APP
Make sure the base station is properly connected to the router, please launch the "CloudEye" APP on your phone and find the "+" icon on the clock to add the device. Scan the OR code on the base station to read the information of all security cameras connected to the base station in your phone.
2, Add new cameras to the base station
Up to 4 cameras can be connected to the base station, please follow the steps below to add new cameras to the base station:
- Turn on the power of the camera.
- Open the cover under the camera and press and hold the "Reset" button for 5 seconds until the camera prompts "Reset successful Start matching code"
- Press and hold the "Sync" button on the base station for 5 seconds to start matching codes. After hearing the voice prompt, the base station will indicate that the code matching is complete.
- Within 1 minute, the camera prompts "Matching code successful" and the base station prompts "WiFi matching successful".
- The camera is successfully added to the base station, you can change the settings and configuration of the camera in "CloudEye" APP;

Question:Can anyone tell me about what range the cameras have? In linear feet.
Answer: My Camera is about 100ft from the street. I can see cars go by, but can't make out the people in them without zooming in. If I did the picture would not be very clear. I can easily pan from the view of my driveway to my front door, where close ups are crystal clear.
