Question:How do i download the video from the camera? can i plug tf into my computer to export videos?
Answer: In order to protect the security of the data, we do encryption on the saved files of the camera, the computer can't read the video files. If you need to download the relevant video content, you can click Record and Capture in the Card Playback interface of the mobile app to save videos and pictures.

Question:If I buy 2 cameras, can I view them at the same time?
Answer:Yes, up to 4 cameras can be viewed at the same time. You can refer to the video content for the setting.

Question:How to switch between full color night vision and infrared night vision?
Answer: There are two ways to switch between IR night vision and full color night vision, you can refer to the following video operation steps.

Question:If my internet is interrupted, will this camera reconnect automatically, or will I have to reset manually ?
Answer: I've only had it in a few days and I haven't had to reconnect it manually so I figured I'd give it a shot. I put it on my mesh network black list and made sure it wasn't connected. Went back into my mesh network and unblocked it. Within a couple minutes it was automatically back online. So work my network out connected without me having to do anything.

Question:Do you have to subscribe to cloud service for motion detection to work?
Answer: Motion detection is enabled by default, no need to subscribe to cloud services. If you subscribe to the cloud service you can add intelligent detection of motion recognition of people, vehicles, pets and other objects, which you can turn on according to your needs. If you don't need to use motion detection, you just need to turn off message pushing.

Question:I turned on the alarm light, why does not light up when detecting people?
Answer: The floodlight will only light up at night, and will not flash during the day even if it detects moving objects.

Question:Does this camera support POE?
Answer: POE is not supported, the RJ45 interface only supports connection to the network, and the camera still needs to access the DC power supply.
